WHAT COLOR OPTIONS DO I HAVE? |
| |
Grey, black and white are the
3 main colors. Grey is our standard mount. Black and white mounts
ship from a seperate warehouse and can take an additional 2-3 days
to process. Special orders other then grey, black and white may
be possible. |

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY SHIPPING
SERVICE? |

Yes, we have done next day
shipping before. You will need to call us to get this option. We
do not have this as an option when buying online since most people
expect it to go out the same day. We can not guarentee this if
an order is placed late in the day so calling us will allow us
to determine if still possible for the current day. We also will
add a $15 processing fee since this is not a normal business process. |

I DON'T SEE MY PROJECTOR IN YOUR
LIST. DO YOU CARRY OTHER UNLISTED MOUNTS? |

Yes. We can in most instances
get a mount that fits. If we do not have in stock we can then usually
special order if we get the measurements of the mounting holes.
We also have Universal Mounts that will work with virtually every projector
which has threaded M3, M4, M5, and M6 mounting

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT SIZE
EXTENSION I WILL NEED? |

The top of your screen and the
lens of your projector should align. Allow 4 inches for the mount.
So if the top of the screen is 8 inches from your ceiling you will
need a 4 inch extension.
Our extensions do come in the same color as the mount and are easy
bolt on and fast to install. |

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
THE TELESCOPIC AND FIXED EXTENSION KITS? |

The Telescopic Extension Kit
allows you to adjust to the right size in your range. We have various
ranges of Telescopic Kits available. The Fixed Extension Kit comes
in the exact length you specify when ordering and is not adjustable.

WHAT DO I NEED A DELUXE CEILING
PLATE FOR? |
| |
The Deluxe Ceiling plate allows
you to attach the mount to your ceiling joist rather than just drywall.
It is recommended for projectors weighing over 15 lbs. The Deluxe
Ceiling plate is much longer so you can hit two joist. The plate
is 18"x4". |

WHAT PIECES COME WITH THE MOUNT? |

Each mount has 3 main pieces:
-
ceiling plate (9"L x 4"W)
-
swivel
-
mount plate
If you are getting the Spyder
mount then instead of the mount plate you get flexible arms to
position to fit your mounting holes.
*All mounts come with the same ceiling plate and swivel.
The part that connects to the swivel and the projector is unique
to each mount unless getting the Spyder mount.
Chief mounts do not come with extension columns and if extension
is needed a ceiling plate is also needed.

THE SWIVEL HAVE? |

The swivel has a tilt and pitch
of 30 degrees. |

WHY SHOULD I BUY THE SPYDER MOUNT
OVER ANY OTHER? |

The Spyder mount is a universal
ceiling mount where if you do not find your specific mount listed
this should work with 99% of projectors on the market under 15 lbs.
Since it works with so many projectors, if you need to replace your
projector you will not need another mount**.
**You may need new mounting bolts to fit a new projector. |

DO ANY OF YOUR MOUNTS ALLOW TO
MOUNT ON THE WALL? |

Yes. The PDR
UPM50 Universal mount has the ability to wall mount.
With a Chief mount you can purchase the wall
mount accessory arm that allows you to mount your projector on
the wall. |

DO YOU HAVE A PICTURE OF MY MOUNT? |
| |
At this time we may not have
a picture of all the mounts. You can however get a good idea from
the top banner and the sample image. Each mount may be slightly
different do to the projector mounting holes being different on
most projectors. The sample image by each product shows what the
3 pieces look like assembled. The top banner on each page is just
a sample of a mounting plate only. |
